Description

Classic recently renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house in Gerroa, has amazing ocean, beach and sunset views over Seven Mile Beach.

The house accommodates up to 6 guests. Upstairs contains with 2 bedrooms, new bathroom, open plan living with smart TV (Netflix,YouTube, etc) DVD, dining and kitchen, while downstairs includes 1 bedroom, renovated bathroom, separate lounge and TV and laundry with a washing machine.

Please note – NO LINEN provided but can be hired from Gerringong Laundrette (you will need: top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and beach towels)

Our home is fully equipped with fans, heaters, kitchen and BBQ utensils, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.

Note:
The house has a steep open staircase which is not suitable for children under 5yrs.
There is no smoking allowed in the house.

Spacious and recently and beautifully renovated. The kitchen has the little extras that make the difference (salt, pepper, sugar, glad wrap, foil). It was also great value compared with some other properties close by. It was worthwhile bringing our own linen as it meant the cost per night was noticeably lower. The property exceeded our expectations.
